PROGRAM 01 / ONCOLOGY

Advance cancer vaccine ideas with stronger evidence.

Research-stage support linking antigen and RNA construct strategy to delivery, expression, immune profiling and preclinical decisions.

  • Antigen and neoantigen evaluation
  • RNA construct and expression analysis
  • Innate and adaptive immune-response studies
  • Preclinical and CMC development readiness

Metabolic research distinguishes RNA-encoded medicines from investigational active-vaccination concepts. All programs are research-stage; no clinical efficacy is implied.

Personalized cancer vaccine design.

Connect tumor genomic evidence, HLA context, computational neoantigen prioritization, and mRNA construct research. NEXUS provides a framework for exploring evidence and accessing established public resources—not an automated clinical vaccine-design service.

  1. 01 / GENOMICS

    Interpret tumor variation

Review tumor-versus-normal somatic variants, relevant fusions, and expression evidence.

  2. 02 / IMMUNOGENETICS

    Consider HLA context

Use appropriately obtained individual HLA class I and II types for peptide presentation analyses.

  3. 03 / NEOANTIGENS

    Prioritize candidates

Review predicted presentation, mutation support, expression, clonality, and normal-tissue relevance.

  4. 04 / RNA RESEARCH

    Explore construct concepts

Assess antigen representation, RNA design hypotheses, delivery, and quality attributes.

  5. 05 / VALIDATION

    Evaluate experimental evidence

Plan confirmation of peptide presentation, immunogenicity, specificity, and functional responses.

Explore public cancer datasets

Use population-level studies to generate hypotheses and identify relevant cancer-genomics evidence.

Use established research tools

These independent services link to their maintainers. Tool access, licenses, inputs, and methods vary.

Scientific and privacy boundaries: TCGA/GDC cohorts support research but do not replace an individual patient's matched tumor/normal sequencing, HLA typing, and quality-controlled clinical data. Predicted neoantigens are unvalidated candidates and do not establish vaccine safety or efficacy. NEXUS does not collect patient data through this section, run these external pipelines, or deliver a clinically approved personalized vaccine. Do not upload protected patient information to public web tools; follow each provider's privacy, data-access, and commercial-license terms.

Deep science. Clear decisions. Collaborative execution.

NEXUS RNA BioSolutions is conceived as a research and development organization informed by experience across mRNA vaccine platform development, translational immuno-oncology, molecular engineering, regulated analytical workflows and global technology transfer.

We aim to help early-stage teams ask sharper scientific questions, design more informative studies, and navigate critical research-to-development transitions—without requiring them to build every capability internally.
