Immune Assay Interpretation Studio

Summarize research ELISA, ELISpot, flow-cytometry, cytotoxicity and other assay measurements. Calculate group means, sample SD, CV and descriptive differences using independent samples.

Each row contains one observed measurement. Repeated rows with the same assay, group, sample and unit are averaged as technical repeats before group-level statistics.

Use non-identifying research sample codes only. Never paste patient details or identifiers. Biological replicates must have distinct sample IDs within an assay/group.

This tool performs descriptive statistics, not significance testing or causal interpretation. For longitudinal/repeated-measures studies, matched designs, batch effects and statistical plans must be evaluated externally.

Descriptive assay interpretation

Group averages use independent samples after technical replicates are collapsed.

Assay review notes

A fold ratio is reported only when the control mean is positive, and is deliberately disabled for raw qPCR Ct values. ELISA concentrations, spots/well and cellular percentages cannot be pooled unless units and designs are comparable.

    Scientific and regulatory boundaries

Use biological controls, a pre-specified statistical analysis plan, assay controls, traceable units and independent verification before drawing claims.
