Program 07 · RNA and RNA–LNP analytical quality

Analytical QC & Assay Studio

Document methods, reduce experimental readouts and link RNA identity, integrity, capping, expression and RNA–LNP encapsulation to a shared research project. All processing is local to this browser.

Research prototype — NOT a GMP release system. Inputs are preprocessed analytical values; use the linked Instrument Import tool for instrument-produced CSV/TSV result tables. Neither studio processes proprietary raw chromatograms, electropherograms, immunoblot images or fluorescence amplification curves. Method acceptance ranges must be established in a controlled assay validation/SOP, not inferred from examples. No personal or patient-identifiable records.

1 · Analytical measurement

Select assay, enter data with method and sample traceability, and compute a transparent summary.

2 · Instrument-reported values

3 · Predefined acceptance criterion (optional)

Result and technical interpretation

Interpretation is limited to the selected calculation and the supplied inputs. Apparent fractions are not automatically analytical accuracy, purity, biologic potency, cellular targeting, or regulatory compliance.

    Connect the evidence

Use the same research project ID across all workbenches. Save each analysis to the Project Hub; the QC studio appends a separate record for each tested sample and method. For mixture–process DOE handoff, use the matching MP### Run ID as the QC Sample ID, then import matching QC results from the DOE tool. Export your complete project as JSON for handoff. No cloud upload or account is involved.

    Reference guidance

Method-specific LC–MS, tail-length, fragment sizing and immunoblot qualifications must be verified against your chosen platform and approved laboratory SOP.
